Raymond Chan is now a Vice President of Crypto.com, a global crypto exchange that is granted a “deemed” licence by the SFC. He is the ex-CEO & Director of both Metaverse Securities, an online securities broker, and iFund, an online fund platform, two subsidiaries of 9F Inc., a Chinese fintech group listed on the NASDAQ, and the OMO/RO who holds Type 1,2,4,5,9 SFC license with virtual assets uplifted. He is also the former MD of 9F Inc. since October 2018 and is responsible for applying for financial and virtual bank licenses in Hong Kong, Singapore, Lithuania, and China. In his fintech role, Raymond is responsible for “Tech Enabling” businesses in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. In 2020, Raymond was selected “Leader of the Year” by IFTA.

Mr. WONG Hang-chit is a professional lecturer with more than ten years of experience in higher education and has made outstanding achievements in teaching and student project guidance in tertiary institutions. Mr. Wong is a Senior Project Officer at the Hong Kong Institute of Information Technology. In recent years, his research has focused on future system development standards and the philosophical issues of the overlap between the digital and real worlds. He has actively participated in consulting work for several technological innovation projects and provided professional consultation.
