Yvonne Wong Lai Fong （黃麗芳）

Yvonne is the Co-founder of UNO Co-working Space and the Senior Manager of Qianhai International Liaison Services Limited, a company under the Qianhai Authoiry. She has worked in various large corporations such as CLP Power Hong Kong Limited, Group Sense Limited, HKNet Co. Limited. Currently, she is the Vice President and Honourary Treasurer of Internet Professional Association, Executive Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong United Youth Science and Technology Association, Secretary General of e-Education Alliance, Honourary Treasurer of the Y.Elites Association. She was elected as Young Leader in 2008 and Outstanding Voluntary Service Worker in 2009 and awarded as Outstanding Chapter President of Junior Chamber International Hong Kong (JCIHK) in 2007. With keen interest in technology policy and youth affairs, she is a contributory writer for the Sun Daily, Ta Kung Pao, Hong Kong Economic Journal, eZone Magazine and Sing Tao Daily etc.

黃麗芳女士現為 UNO 共用工作間的創辦人及前海管理局屬下的國際聯絡服務有限公司高級經理。她曾服務於不同的大企業如中華電力有限公司、權智有限公司及 HKNet 公司。她的公職包括：互聯網專業協會的副會長及司庫、香港青聯科技協會常務副主席、電子教學聯盟秘書長及香港菁英會司庫等。她獲選為 2008 年青年領袖及 2009 年傑出義職人士，她曾獲國際青年商會香港總會傑出分會會長（2007年）。她熱衷於研究科技政策及青年事務，並不時在太陽報、大公報、信報財經新聞、 eZone 雜誌及星島日報等發表時事評論文章。
